I see several people form groups for live and reserve Righteous Orbs, do people know they sell for 22g - 25g each? The group leader is making a KILLING!
I think they are needed for the spell power or crusader enchant, one of them or both of them, i dont remember.

Join and ninja loot.
So the group will disband or they will kick you and end the dungeon with 2 DPS and they will lost tons of time if they want to reform, especially if you are the Mage on the group you will do most damage on this dungeon that is mostly an AoE dungeon. You can also pull all mob and Iceblock so the group will wipe, equip Nifty Stopwatch so after double Iceblock you can Nova mobs when group is dead and use Nifty to go back to entrance.
Pro-tips : Be the guy with Scarlet Key in your bag, told them they don’t need the key you have it already no need for them to go in bank to grab it. So if they kick you, they can’t end the dungeon unless they have a Rogue (but well, no decent Rogue will join a group who ninja all orbs) or they reform/go back to bank and waste massive amount of time :> .
They are selfish ? Be selfish like them. They will learn the lesson.

Orbs are always round robin. Like ALWAYS. Don’t join the nabs
Yep, it’s how I always do it in my group.
If anything > Tank gets prio on first orb > We round robin rest.

I did many strat runs in vanilla to get the Orbs (was an enchanter then). No one did reserves. Just don’t accept it. Do the run and whoever wins the roll, good for him.
I think 25g is cheap.

Yeah well, do like me and just don’t join any group where items are reserved, even if you don’t need that item. It means the group leader is greedy and don’t care about anyone else. Wouldn’t want to go to a dungeon with someone like that.

Pretty common for tanks to reserve some amount of orbs. Warriors have a hard time making gold (especially now in phase 1 since they can’t do jump runs yet), tanks are generally in high demand, and the biggest factor to a smooth dungeon run is generally how good the tank is, so having a well geared and experienced tank can be quite nice.

I get that a tank might not need anything from a given dungeon, but I really dislike this attitude of “I’m not gonna move unless I get something out of it”. Why? Can’t a person do a dungeon for fun? To help other people? For any reason at all?
This makes it seem people are turning the game into their real life job or something, everything is a service or commodity. “Help me out with this hard quest? - 5g.” End a sunken temple run with a mage in your party “Mr. Mage can you do a portal for us to get out please? - 2g”
It just seems to me that certain people enjoy making things less enjoyable for everyone for even a small profit. It’s sad.

No tank vs tank for 1 orb. I’ll take the second option. People make money in different ways and I don’t see a problem with it.
If you don’t like it don’t join the group. Just don’t start some debate about honor, morals, “back in the day” or your ignore list in lfg.
Cause You could end up with 4 retards that leveled up on AOE grind and dont know how 2 play the game and Strat life becomes 1.5 hour hell. Besides that Have You ever tried farming gold on Prot warrior ??

If anything its sometimes just the FIRST orb that is reserved for the tank, but mostly it is just RR

Personally, I wouldn’t go with a group that reserves anything. I don’t agree with it myself. However, if someone wants to clearly state prior to the group that orbs are reserved, if people go that’s fine.
