Next phase, furthermore, the “Field Duty” quests that are necessary to get the mats for the Battlegear quest that rewards Rockfury (and Earthstrike for that matter) will only appear after the gate is open, so probably, on most servers, 2nd week of phase 5 at the earliest, later on some (heavily biased or empty).
All you can do for now is grind to Revered rep with Cenarion Circle. I recommand not doing any quests in Silithus before you hit Honored at least.
