Looking to make another alt and level it from scratch. Before I buy the heirlooms I wanted to do ask some people what they personally prefer. I’m thinking about either a warlock or a rogue.
I’m mainly gonna quest and do a few dungeons here and there. Viability at end game (pve) is a plus.
In short, which class is most fun to play during lvling?
Make a rogue. You need years of experience, 140+ IQ and over 2899 ELO rating in chess to play a warlock properly
dont make a warlock, too many out there filling up the LFG
To many warlocks in LFG? I guess it depend on the server. My experience as a lock on Giantstalker is that I almost always get insta invited in LFG.
Gotta love how people want to be viable in dungeons/raids and then make pure dps class, as if there wasn’t already enough dps to pick from, but whatever, enjoy spending tens of minutes looking for group 
talking about raids specifically, literally 15+ locks in lfg for 1 raid
Warlock because you can’t do this as a rogue: chad farm
Warlock is very fun and nice.
Massive self heal, Barely any need to drink.
Affliction (especially Siphon life talent) is amazing for lvling, just dot and run.
Warlocks are also amazing at endgame, Currently in all raid groups i’ve been to i am in top 3 every boss.
On my experiance on private since 2009 till today, Warlock was least played in PVE and demand was high.
Affliction is in top tier DPS in ICC, rogue is good when playing combat and high geared.
In pvp they are almost equal.
So one person says rogue and others say lock. Any more opinions are always welcome!
I am so looking forward to the time when i have a proper amount of haste to push the tick timer on corruption down as much as possible.
Rogue is hadest class to level. If you planning make rouge go with looms.
On the other hand lock and hunter easy life.
At end game - both performs well in pvp as well as pve.
Few rouges in game so you better chance to get inv.
Both are really good, but warlocks are more in demand, I think.
The obvious question is what do you prefer, ranged or melee?
Rogues benefit the most from Heirlooms.
as a 12 year experience warlock player this made me giggle
Rogues are for sneaky backstabbers, locks are for emo kids
Both are the best dps in the game for most of the expansion, while also being busted in PVP. Just pick one.
I think rogues are more fun while in stealth.
Well I’m a huge fan of warlock as they’ve always been strong af in all walks of life. But I’m having a serious amount of fun one shotting people in pvp as rogue. Being able to pick your fights and escape if you get out numbered. Till 80 pve dmg is meh, but you bring a lot of utility to make up for it. Also levelling is nowhere near a pain like vanilla/bc
Useful not only in PVP. I picked rogue for the same reason and having fun so far.
