For PvP Disc/Holy Priest, where the true strength of our class is, Dwarf is the best race. For Shadow spec, yes Devouring Plague rules. But only for 1v1 encounters.
I don’t play WSG and AB in pugs anymore. I hate those noobs and egoists. But I don’t think that when I played, we were dominating these teo BGs.
Shamans are only very strong as Elemental specced (burst), but can easily be shut by a Rogue or even a Warrior. Paladins on the other hand, can heal and dispell for 10 seconds, uninterrupted. That’s huge. As a Priest, with 5 tier 2 and 3 tier 1 gear, I can’t survive to 1 Warrior. With 2 on me, I am dead even if another healer heals me.
PS: removing Blind with Stone Skin, while you are already Blinded, is OP.
Just forget AV in classic . It requires 100% of the teams effort to win it as alliance because of the map design and mostly you cant because its normally 15 more or less are slackers / bots , 10 and 15 man games are winnable and premades with commited players can be found for that .

so your saying being able to be warded against fear is useless? being able to break a rogues blind is useless? being able to use a insta heal every 10 min that could potentially save you in case of really low hp being useless. Lol ok I get it. OH YEAH I forgot to mention that stoneform even removes diseases and poisons on you. That’s useless aswell?
