Can confirm this works, although I didn’t need to go back to Orgrimmar as it let me upgrade at the machine in Valdrakken and complete the achievement!!

All that happens when I click the machine in Valdrakken or SW is that I’m offered the Insert Coin quest. How do I get my foil back? Am I missing something? (I’ve run the scripts and originally picked up all the coins and foils).
It was a pop up. I clicked the machine three times for three missing foils, the first time it opened the window to insert a coin then it opened the window with options to upgrade the toys all with a pop up to for a collected foil.
I had also logged out and back in again after seeing the post here so perhaps you need to relog for the hotfix to take effect.
Hmm…For me i just right-clicked the machine in Valdrakken and it started giving me foils automatically as something I loot. I didn’t have quests on it, but when I went to Stormwind it gave me the upgrade quest now thanks to the foils I looted by right-clicking the machine. I hope it gets fixed for you and everyone else soon!
Thanks for the info. Definitely not working. No pop-up and I’m only being offered the Insert Coin quest no matter how many times I click the machine. Others seem to be upgrading so they must be getting the foils … I even disabled my add-ons which is a complete pain, but still nowt.
I’ll try again tomorrow.
Still didn’t fix my bug of receiving a dupe whelp egg and now not being able to get Sneed cos all the hand ins are already done.
Fixed for me too. Clicked on the machine in Valdraken and a foil went into my bags. Closed the quest pane and clicked the machine again and was then able to select the 2nd stage upgrade for Seed which is what i was missing.
Note that you have to close the quest pane and re-click the machine to get the quests to appear once you have the foils. (basically to refresh it).
As a few of you noticed already the fix is now live, and interacting with a Rumble arcade machine should grant you anything earned but missing.

Definitively still not working 
I’ve tried with all my characters and still no missing foil after interacting with Rumble arcade machine.

it only gives me a quest for a rumble coin but no coin itself :-). im in need of one coin and one coin only.
It seems they’ve fixed it now, kinda - but one problem remains!
I was missing one Foil, and got one as soon as I interacted with the Rumble Machine - with every character who touched the Machine… And after upgrading my last toy, I now have Foils in my bags that are indestructible and just take up bag space…
Blizz, can you please make the foils sellable or destroyable?

Following up on the reports of some still having issues, I can see everyone either correctly has the achievement by now, or still have parts that can, and need to be, completed in-game.
So if you’re still stuck, be sure to check out some of the available guides on your favourite fansite/discord and then give it another go. Also keep in mind that if you were doing the event on multiple alts, some of the minis you need to learn and upgrade may be on a different character.

I’m still missing Sneed, i received double Whelp egg and and the script comes back as true for all coins.

Ok so I saw the response but knew I had logged my char but saw no replacement foil.
I went back to the rumble machine and as soon as i clicked it I got a rumble foil and the quest for the whelp which I was missing. I have now been made whole. Thanks all <3
I have the same issue but I have a duplicate of [Warcraft Rumble Toy: Murloc] and missing [Warcraft Rumble Toy: Sneed]
This solution provided with blue posts are incorrect in my case.
There are still issues around this, won’t be able to get my last toy unless I get sent or granted a [Rumble Coin], I have collected the 7 coins from all the locations.
Sadly this is not the case, I’m still missing [Warcraft Rumble Toy: Sneed], because I got a duplicate of the murloc toy… any updates? I have 100’s of [Rumble Foil] but it’s still asking me for a [Rumble Coin], that I can’t obtain because I have collected all 7 of them
I too still am missing Sneed, and still got two foils sitting in my bag. All results from the script are ‘true’, meaning I did loot all the bags. So I too am still missing a total of six achievements because of this. How will I get that final coin to get Sneed now?
