Put these in the game please, it will make 10m content a bit easier for everyone if they don’t have to watch every single raid buff like a hawk, the item ID already exists in the game so just activate it and go on your merry way.

Done a bit of research. According to wowhead, it was added in Wotlk but as a “Cut-content” that exists only in the files, presumably to this day.
The OP probably wrote in this section thinking it’s wotlk section and not Classic-Era
