When the Mistweaver Talent Rushing Wind Kick was introduced it had a bugged interaction with the Tea of Plenty talent where it didn’t consume the stacks properly. This bug was fixed but the fix introduced a new bug that actually consumes more stacks than intended. This bug has been introduced almost 2 months ago and has been reported as well (example: RSK - Tea of Plenty bugged?). What is going on? This is a glaring issue that is not being fixed for no apparent reason.
