That is not what you wrote. Read your sentence again:

Read this sentence specifically “The game is dying … because of horde players not beeing able to farm resistance”. Your words not mine.

My answer just addressed your statement that horde is not playing arena. Actually the Arena participation almost exactly represents the server faction balance of PVP servers (around 40-60). The general decline of arena participation as a whole may have been connected to the general state of arena, the importance of resilience, the endless and unenjoyable bg grind and so on. But that is something that both sides have to deal with and not horde exclusively.

I would just like to add my amusement about this “enlistment” bonus.

Activision: “Why are you not participating more in BGs?”
Alliance Player: “Because Qing up alone is useless, you never win. My faction is dead on my server, i could never find a group for BGs. I am sick of Qing into loss after loss after loss.”
Activision: “Let me help you by offering additional rewards for winning!”

Well can you tell me some of the pro players that say horde racials ar better? Racials just don’t give free rating. One game they can win you a game and one game it can be useless. And in majority mmr you face all kinda teams so it will vary how useful you racial will be.

You know what is the most important thing in Arena? To have mates who match your timetable and offer you a good comp. What do you need to facilitate this? Lots of players to group up with. Which faction offers you the most players to group up with for Arena?

My initial guess is: premades will flock to Warsong Gulch, because it’s the smallest BG in terms of player count and for that BG, solo queuers will have the same experience they had during the first test, i.e. they will give up asap.
Why don’t you just match premades with equal sizes as a priority, give or take 1-2 players? If that condition can’t be met for several minutes, then start matching more unfairly as time goes on.

At least hydra does for priests. He says at the very highest competitive level wotf isn’t as broken because its easier to play around compared for example to desperate prayer and stonefrom. However most people never reach that bracket and up to that wotf is better. Don’t know about rouges though.
However, I think the “feeled” superiority is much more important. Since every guide states the advantages of wotf people often just follow that route. So you are right and wrong. Wotf is probably more versatile for the majority of players but at the highest level people know how to play around it and other racials may be situationally better.

I’m aware of this. That’s why I said that horde racials are better ON AVERAGE, because over the course of a lot of games, they will contribute towards winning more games than alliance racials will.

Like I said, dwarf is probably better for disc this season. Whether it’s better in later seasons or in 3v3/5v5 is very arguable though, and being dwarf also means you have to play with mages and rogues that are not undead, etc.

I already went over this, perception is very good on rogues right now but loses strength in later seasons compared to will of the forsaken, blood fury and hardiness

Stoneform, desperate prayer and chastise are arguably better than anything horde has for disc

For warrior/druid, escape artist makes a big difference as druids don’t have a magic dispel, but if the warrior’s team has a magic dispel, hardiness and blood fury is better

For hunters, stoneform isn’t bad but hardiness, blood fury and command are better

For druids, war stomp and endurance are better than anything night elf has

For mage, will of the forsaken is better than escape artist

For warlock, hardiness, command and blood fury are better than escape artist, and so is will of the forsaken

For shadow, shadowguard and hex of weakness are better than anything on alliance

For shaman, hardiness, endurance and war stomp are all good, while the draenei racials are garbage for pvp

For holy paladin, dwarf is better since arcane torrent doesn’t do much for holy, but ret having a silence can make a pretty big difference

Yes, it’s usable against warlock, priest and warrior, and all of those classes see a lot of play in TBC. Out of the top 10 most played 2v2 comps right now, 8 of them has at least one of those 3 classes (mage/rogue and rogue/druid being the other 2).

Priest, lock, rogue are pretty much considered S-tier, I think we can all agree on that right? Plenty of stuns and fears. How are we even discussing racials at this point? Come on, it’s pretty obvious why pretty much every pvper rerolled horde and gave us these queues… I’m not afraid of admitting rolling horde for racials.

Bro this guys are really out of touch.
So to chill a bunch of angry mobs who creat the problem they give what they ask to the cost of another faction…
They give a few pots and stuff to ally just to incentives pvp honestly make me laugh … but what ever what can I expect more.
Well it is what it is. It will be like retail merk mode etc … so we’ll tbc , if they could it for player or open h transfer to ally we get this nonsens.
