Same faction battlegrounds -- e.g. Horde vs Horde - like RBGs

Yep, even showed him the discussions and he laughed about like crazy at the racial thing and said this " wait till you see all the gnome warriors and dwarf priests which are crazy op in pvp…human perception basically invalidated all stealthies if used at the right moment".

Horde has way better animations, thats #1 reason why most pvp players play horde. Who does not like to kill in style.

So basically, horde should keep all its advantages of better racials, superiority in numbers on most pvp realms, and have no downside, not even in waiting queues, and on top of that we should throw faction identity and lore-logic out the window by allowing same faction BGs (totally makes sense if a bunch of orcs fight the warsong clan in defense of the trees, amirite?)?

Here is my answer to the proposal:

Don’t like long BG Queues?

Live with it
Reroll Alliance
Play Retail
Play something else

These are the options, and until someone suggests a solution that DOESN’T end in a massive advantage for one faction, and DOESN’T damage the original TBCs design intentions, these will remain the only options.

actually, orcs fighting other orcs is completely in line with the lore, orcs were fighting other orcs basically forever.
trolls fighting other trolls as well, and even taurens fighting other taurens.
undead fighting other undead is extremely in line with the lore too (hello? forsaken vs. scourge?).
even blood elves fighting other bloodelves is within the very lore of the current state of tbc (scyers vs. kael’thas loyalists)

its not that far fetched if you wanna argue “muh lore”.

not advantage of better racials…please seek out known older players that actually played pvp competitevly on the ally side and honestly stop moaning about racial disadvantage.

I mean, it’s one thing to actually seek someone who has competitive pvp knowledge than to believe randoms. I’d rather believe the one with proven knowledge then the moaner.

I dare all the ally moaners about racials to actually talk to ppl who played pvp in wow classic competitive wise and that have been to world competitions

Horde gankers only gank because of 1 hour ques, to max honor gain. they willbe gone if horde vs horde bgs come out

however orc clans were basically always fighting eachother over petty differences until gul’dan and nerzhul came around to unite them after screwing up their homeworld using fel magic.

even in classic we got orcs fighting other orcs in two of the endgame instances, namely LBRS and UBRS, and even a raid in the form of BWL which is mainly occupied by ‘evil’ orcs.

And therefore may I make my suggestion again: In Retail, Mag’Har Orcs are a playable race.

To my friend who actually played in Method, was first in arena at that time and went to a lot of pvp competitions and also got glaives second i think.

Oh, and we stood a lot of time looking through a lot of arena videos

dont play pvp and dont plan to. but as a reasonable logical human i want this issue resolved so every player can log into wow and enjoy the game as intended.

STUPID IDEA! If they did that then faction imabalance would be come completely polarized since there is no real need to play alliance if you can just insta-queue BG’s and everyone is horde anyway. We would see so many 100% horde/alliance servers it would become a joke.

I’d suggest upping the frequency of free server transfers or POSSIBLY adding free faction transfers (with no way back) for the badly affected servers.

It all comes down to responsibility. If people want to roll a random server without checking server pop then its their fault regardless of if its racials, friends or personal choice to roll horde.

I personally checked all of the realms to find a decently populated server with 30-50% alliance (morgaine atm) but players who don’t both with this just have to deal with the fallout.

Wait for blizz to release another free realm transfer and plan ahead.
