Saw this great idea to help solo players/groups of a few players in pvp

How about you decrease the amount of honor players get the more players are in the group when joining a Battleground. So solo players get much more than a full premade group to even out the unbalance (since increasing premades queue time and prioritize them matching with other premades isn’t possible apparently.) Everybody wins. Honor grinding becomes balanced and fair for everyone and premades won’t mind because they get to spend more time having fun together.

Oh and feel free to fix Leeway, or at least balance it out so it also applies to cat form, bear form(and ofc, Feral charge since warriors can charge while in melee range with other players. It’s called fair balance)

Yeah great, make pvp bots top all the ladders.

And of course the game should punish people for socializing, playing solo is obviously the way it’s meant to be played!

Who’s being punished again?
Premades? Nope. They have their 1-5 minute queues like everyone else and steamroll over every single pug they face against which gives them more honor because of their fast winrates AND for farming the enemy players.
Solo players? Yes actually, but not in terms of honor, but reputation. You see, increasing honor gain for solo players (who have the same queue time as premades (shocker I know)) evens out the overall honor gain. Since premades get their extra honor from honorable kills and fast victories (more rep if you win AND you also get 3 marks for even faster rep), solos are stuck with 1 mark per game and rarely any honorable kills(cuz premades obviously have healers and pugs never heal in BGs so good luck winning anything). This gives solos what, 1/4th of the honor premades get?

But that’s ofc only the honor. Premades still get a lot more reputation than solos. But since honor is what people do PVP for, Blizzard may as well increase the amount of reputation solo players get per battleground and even that out instead of the honor.

Simple, problem solved thanks.

Solo players get more reputation than premades to even out the 90% lossrate you have as a solo player, there won’t be any honor farming bots(although there probably already are let’s be honest) and if you want to farm honor, you’ll have to team up with a premade team since they have the same queue time as solos. No need to worry about meeting another premade and “actually” having to, you know, pvp (cuz god forbid actual pvp).

Giving extra reputation to solo players also helps out new players since they will reach revered/exalted with the pvp factions much faster for those bis items and cheaper epic mount.

As for honor, by making solo queuers earn more, you’re just further incentivizing premade exploitation and pvp botting. Pvp bots never logs out, after all. So that’s already a destroyed ladder with nobody getting into bracket 14 (and subsequently r14) when bots fills up all those spots.

As for the reputation, you just want to be gratified faster. That goes against what Classic is all about, which is the delayed gratification. You’re just asking for it to go faster, like in retail.

Accept the fact that if you don’t have time to invest, then there are parts of the game that’ll be unavailable to you. BG reputation rewards being one of them. Exclusivity drives up the desire to get them as well, which means it needs to exclude people from getting it, such as yourself if you give up because of that.

You seem like you’d enjoy retail more, if convenience is what you care about.

this is like saying that soloplayers should be able to clear raids just cuse they are solo and full raids should get less loot cuse they clear it so fast :S

They already did that in retail. It’s called world quests.

world quest rewards are 50 itlv lower than current mythic.

pepe pls

The ilvl it rewards is relative to the current ilvl of the character, up to a certain point. They also gradually move up that limit of ilvl the longer a raid has been out, in preparation for the new release.

World quest itlv gets increased at the start of a new season but still its way below mythic.

World quest: 415-420 (emissary 445)
Mythic:475

So premades steam rolling for fast honor and rep isn’t instant gratification? They ain’t premading for fun then are doing it for honor/rep per hour. The solo players and small groups are doing it for fun and ofc also want rep honor whilst doing something they enjoy. Quite obviously you are one that is exploiting the current state of bg’s with premades. Hope it makes you feel better about your lonely pathetic existence rl. Enjoy your benefits at the start of the month xxx

You’re forgetting about the RNG inside the RNG. The forge procs.

No, classic wow you had to have a guild to raid, there were no pug raids like there are today, maybe one or two but must have been extremely rare. On the other hand, the majority solo queued bg’s or went in with small groups of friends, ie 2-5. And had fun. How is it now? Fun? No its honor per hour and gain that by any means possible.

No, it isn’t. It’s delayed because it requires organizing beforehand. Thus it isn’t instant. When all you’d need to do is queue up as soon as you log in without talking to anyone or putting in any effort whatsoever and yet still be rewarded more for it, then that is instant.

Oh wow, you sure seem salty. Did you get spanked too much?

This season there is no titanforge.

And before the time get a forge on par to even heroic itlv was maybe once per year.

So that’s a change very recently. As for ilvl determining the power, that isn’t entirely true either. There are items, despite much lower ilvl, that can still be better than items with higher ilvl. It all depends on the RNG inside the RNG inside the RNG, of traits and stats rolls and so on (or w/e the hell they call it now).

If u think making a premade or joining one takes time and effort then you are either lying or been dropped on the head. I joined av premades during the zerg to rank, and it wasn’t fun, it was dull and boring but necessary. Anyway I wasn’t having fun spending all evening in zerg mode rolling everyone over. How fun is it when in wsg and opposition stay as ghost because they know it isn’t fun? And the winners are having great pvp fun? Where is the pvp? Please enlighten me or stop talking out of your pathetic biased bum

Take literally 2 min to type your spec on a discord page and get an invite. You think non of us are experienced? Just because we may see over the wool about how boring and unfair it is to everyone else. It’s selfish. And you are a liar and selfish. Gaurentee you have no friends in rl

So you’re using an exploit to “prove your case”? Ok, to start with, the barrier of entry is very different to the AV premades that you can no longer do properly if you’re not playing on Russian realms. It’s much easier to be one amongst 39 others, compared to getting a spot as one amongst 9 others.

Or, following your line of reasoning, if it’s so easy and takes no time at all, then how come there are people who still can’t get into premades and saying it’s because of time restrictions?

Barrier? It’s the same. Exactly the same, just need pvp spec and you are good to go. Keep lying dude really you can’t bull crap me.

Yep, seems like you really got spanked hard. Have fun being so salty, bro. Seems to work well for you.
