Hi.
I reported scam. One of the players in my guild offered to help about craft an expensive item [my mats ofc]. Before trade, he asked for relog [so the conversation history was deleted].
After he get my mats, he kicked me out of the pt and left the guild and logout.
I lost almost 1k gold.
He does not respond to my messages, so i was create a ticket.
That was 5 days ago, and ticket still have a “Status: Opened”.
How long can the case be considered?
I think GM has insight into trade logs and conversations.
The case will be reviewed as soon as it reaches the front of the queue. The chatlogs and item logs are held for months/weeks respectively and they’ll able to see everything.
