As the title says, looking for a Scandinavian server. Anyone out there? 
You know I’ve never seen one with a dedicated community as such, though I’m sure if there is one someone will be a long shortly. On Silvermoon and a couple of other servers there’re plenty of active and large Norwegian and Swedish guilds though.
I think outland for swedish and stormreaver for finnish

Ravencrest has been a pretty de facto scandinavian server for a while.
Has a good population of Danes, Swedes and Norwegians as far as I know.
Edit: it is an Alliance heavy server though.

I don’t know if that’s a good idea, my country Denmark and our friends Norway, Iceland and Faeroe Islands agree that it’s best to keep Sweden out.

Its mostly swedes and some danes
It was recommended to start on Hellscream when I started playing and judging by how many other Scandinavians I’ve met over the years, I guess a lot of others were put there too. There’s a few Scandinavian guilds that have been around since forever on both factions. Not sure how well Hellscream/Aggramar does population-wise, but there’s definitely other northerners to meet and mingle with here.
Mandatory comment about Finland not being scandinavian country, but part of Nordic countries. But yes, Stormreaver got lot of finnish players.

If you care for RP servers, there are plenty of Scandinavian people on The Venture Co (same cluster as Scarshield Legion, Sporeggar, Ravenholdt, and Defias Brotherhood), but I would not be able to say if it is any better or worse than on other servers.
Source: I started to play there to hang out with my Swedish and Danish friends.

Just for the record, Finland isn’t actually considered Scandinavia.

Not usually people over 12 who have already learned it in lower elementary school geography classes. 
I’ve definitely encountered Finnish people who think Finland is part of Scandinavia.
