Mine scans each time I load up the launcher. Have to wait 20min before able to play. This only happened after the last battle.net launcher update I had today.
Have the same issue, started today. Every scan reports no need to repair. Game works fine. Wasted my time doing some steps suggested in forums like delete .idx files and do a scan and repair, then proceed to uninstalling bnet and manually deleting all remaining files and folder from /programs and /system. As expected didnt do anything. Now i just cancel scan and move to game. If this doesn’t get solved soon i’m considering stop using bnet and go straight to game executable. No more store adds which me click it and i will save some euros. Do your thing lazy support, if there is any left.

Also having this issue. Scanning and then message pops up that something went wrong. Linked article is completely useless.
Man gotta love the bnet launcher, same issue here, literally followed the damn linked support thing nothing worked, so bs, and best part they keep scanning my WoW at random every other day, fun

so basically what title says when i click to open bnet launcher to press play the repair tool is scanning files for a repair i havent asked it to do so i dont even know where the option is, any ideas how i stop it? thank you
yea same here, I thought first time ok maybe game needed to scan something cause of SL, but this second time is weird…

I have it too since yesterday…
I have the same issue, my 4th scan today. I have a good PC and it still takes a good 3-5 minutes each time. Annoying.

Same issue still persist. Keeps scanning and in the end says “Oops, something went wrong in our end” Fix this, please. Re.installing didn’t help at all.

I did everything that was said in the link and also uninstalled and re-installed the launcher prior to that. Unfortunately, my launcher still keeps scanning and giving me the same error messages.
