Try, check refresh rate of your screen On settings, check refresh rates on The game, and if you activate ‘Vertical Synchro’, example, you get 240 on monitor, 60 on game, put your monitor on 60. Activate synchro if any image/cut appears. And check for update drivers ( ex; A mouse driver not updated, the game can freeze, stuttring, etc ) Me i forgot anytime update my razer components and i get some problems in game, and when i update all problems leave.
Try to check all,
I try everything, change vsync, change refresh rates, i try clean os install, new drivers and nothing helps, i got screen flickering when i change druid form, or dissmounting in Nazjatar or on my hunter when i summon pet, or loot something. This issues is not hapening everywhere, i notice flickering in Nazjatar ( but only in day time thast weirtd i know), in Stomrsong, Drustvar etc… So this must be issue on blizzard site.

People still reporting this on both eu and us forums. 0 news for weeks. it is damn iritating to play like this. fix this already. You have video proof on both eu and us threads people showing how screens flicker. and stop saying it is drivers and our problem. everything worked fine till 8.2.5 and everyone updated and tried different drivers 1000 of times but nothing helps.

Exactly game work fine till 8.2.5, i am 100000000% sure this is bug on blizzard site, but still no fix.

@Blizzard still nothing? You said soon 20 days ago are you gonna postpone it till 8.3 cheez? In Nazjatar my eyes are bleeding o_o
I have the same issue, AMD Radeon R9 380 2GB, drivers version 19.10.1.
I honestly think they gave up on fixing it. its been 4 weeks. Worked fine before patch. Ruined after patch. Either revert to old patch or fix it already. it is impossible to play like this and so many people have problem
Still gettin those flickers in nazjatar mostly - kina annoying - tried alot of “potential” fixes - nothing helped… Flickering intensified after recent micro-patches even more btw.
Still nothing on this issue? 
Submit a bug in game with clear directions on how to cause the flickering.

It’s still there. Any shapeshifting class can trigger it by changing forms in Nazjatar. Also joining outdoor raids tends to trigger it too.

Experiencing the same issues it is weird black flickering during combat it is very noticeable. I didn’t see it outside Najzatar but it is damn annoying.
I’m experiencing something similar. I can easily trigger it by spamming Y, that opens achievement tab. What happens is a brightness flickering (no black screen). I also turned up resolution scale to an insane amount, and had the flickering happen alot. Makes me think it’s related to hardware load or some software bug. Tried on different monitors, tvs etc, same result.
Also have had this happening in Twitch app and some other launchers.
The problem still exists.

I uninstalled Armory Crate application because it was crashing, but the problem was not solved
The only way I’ve been able to stop it so far is to go back to DX11, since I did, I haven’t had a flicker yet. Why is this happening?
