Can anybody help me with re acquiring my seal to the dawn?
I’m pretty sure I did the quest back in phase 1 and deleted it as I thought it was useless.
Then I read that you could go back to the quest giver and she can give you a replacement one but there is no option or dialogue on the quest giver to do this.
And I have definitely done the quest as the quest does not show either.

Can only find people saying you can get a replacement from Betina Bigglezink @ LHC with several saying they have gotten it back that way.
Maybe a recent bug having something to do with the invasion event?
Since most comments I can find are from before p6.

Yeah I have checked that npc and come up with nothing, i never played vanilla back in the day so yeah
I can confirm that the dwarf lady is the NPC you talk with to replace the trinket, I’ve done it several times because I kept changing spec between spell damage/AP and Holy and Ret.
The option is just a dialogue one which reads: “I need a replacement X of the Dawn” iirc.
Is it possible it’s just hiding somewhere deep inside your bank, and that’s why you get no chat option? Have you gone over every single bag and bank slot just to be extra sure?
