Also the mutilate being 40 at the start of P1 Is 100% wrong. It never worked with slaughter from the shadows so super wrong if you played daggers in P1 you played backstabbed in PvP.

The SoM changes are great if you run full 31 Holy as a tank.
Not sure this will fix ret’s problems, and certainly does nothing to address the fact that the vanilla prot tree is garbage for tanking.

Paladin buff is nice for pve but we need to fix remaining runes as well to be usable in pvp.
pve. then you take of divine storm its a damage ability with command and divine storm its alote more damage

I think they have some tests, like all proper developers should. In that tests they look on output and fixes numbers after to make this output even for all classes. Probably this tests run in perfect conditions like same gear/bis gear/no boss mechanics/no pvp mechanics, mannequin-like, and this tests gave them result of MM hunters having same numbers with all other DPS specs on 48%, so they did it 48%.
Instead of making Serpent Sting scale from AP for god sake to avoid this “class tuning” after every new item added to the game, Jesus Christ…

Way of earth needs to be nerfed for PvP reasons. Either remove the hp buff, or make all spells to be melee range like EShock. Also it should lower shaman’s damage for 20%. Then we can talk.
At least blizz should add timer for Grimoire of Synergy buff.

Shamans still have to hit lava lash twice when disarmed to kill someone. I agree, poor shamans have it so bad. Also nerf ret paladins, for some reason Horde still die to them as they’re bottom dps spec right now. We have to let Horde sissies be happy.
