I can imagine the amount of PvEers purchasing boosts will probably increase next season, with that illusion becoming a big motivation.

I agree, Shadowflame illusion is a great appeal for non-pvpers as well.
I wouldn’t even be mad. If that increases 2s or 3s participation i would kinda welcome it even.

Yes, it really is nice. Season1 enchant is disappointing but as I always say my expectation is 50% good illusion 50% bad illusion from 4 season, 2 good 2 bad 
Way too much tbh, imagine a tauren with a beefy 2hander and that enchant. It will light up half the screen.
Particle Density can be lowered if it disturbs you or becomes an obstacle to see things but I don’t think it will be a problem.
It just occured to me that i have not seen a single person use the PvP enchants since the green one from MoP. Tyranny, i think it was called. Or was it from Legion?

Are you sure, I like Unchained Fury from Shadowlands and that purple flame from BfA, I don’t remember the name, ahh Dreadflame.

Yeah, that’s bloody dancing steel/glorious tyranny.
They should straight up remove all rewards above 1800 in solo next season. It could give people a reason to do 2s/3s again

SL s1 was pretty cool, nothing flashy, but I saw quite a few people using it
This won’t happen, 99℅. Actually I expect exact opposite of it, they might add a Gladiator mount as reward in the future.
To me doesn’t matter, I am not a crybaby type of player I adapt to almost everything, my favourite was 2s before SS.
I find 2s still useful, because I used it a few times with my friends but 3s completely useless right now and there is nothing they can do about it. Perhaps only 1 option, pumping artificial mmr into 3s so that its little leftover playerbase can climb more easily amongst themselves.
Soloshuffle is more interesting, of course not everything about it is positive, bonding with teammates etc almost non-existent, there have been a few people who added me to battlenet but I thought there was no need.
It is only first season of it, I think we should wait and see how things will naturally evolve, Ion also said they have no plans to incentivise people to play 3s, this makes me think their future plans include Shuffle and not 3s.
To be honest, you should accept Shuffle’s superiority to legacy3s already, legacy3s will never be the same.

How does Dragonflight Season 1 Duelist enchant look like?
Primal Storm, kinda what it says it is. Its mostly Windy with kind of Night Fae-ish blue effect. Looks really nice if you are going for either a Frosty or Elemental look. I use it on my Frost DK mog with Apocalypse and Elite S2 SL set and looks really cool. Much better then the SL enchants, but I think the next season illusion will beat it.
