Secret Solo Shuffle Rating Hack

Instead of thinking “What did my teammates do wrong/what could they have done better?” try “what did I do wrong/what could I have done better?”. Works 10/10 times. All the pros are abusing this!

Stop with these threads complaining about your teammates. 99.9% of you are stuck because of your own actions. Just because you didn’t die, doesn’t mean you weren’t the reason the game was lost. Especially low rated players need to realize, that they don’t understand enough about the game to even know whose fault it was.

I’ve seen multiple people complaining about loosing rating “because of their teammates mistakes” and one suggesting to not loose any rating, if they stayed alive and it was one of their teammates dying.

Ye, Ive seen the complaining about team mates posts. They are usually made by healers, and frankly, having now healed some games, I understand why.

But I still agree. Focus on your own gameplay. I’m making tons of mistakes. Some of them really stupid. So even though facetanking mages and rogues trying to 2v1 warrs and dks can be frustrating, I try to keep them alive. The fact that the loss wasn’t my fault doesn’t matter at all. Because I know that if I played better, the win could have been.

kekw. u mustve had ur eyes closed on this forum.

my personal solo shuffle rating hack:

  1. go practice pve rotation in m+ and raid
  2. perform same rotation in solo shuffle
  3. never press sheep because it doesn’t deal damage, it actually heals the enemy team
  4. ???
  5. receive “the Elite Mage” title

Thanks for your wisdom, I will remove the polymorph from my action bars

How do you explain 2.6xp healers hard stuck at 1.6 with hundreds games played ?

Easy: 2k6 SL S2 = 1400 now, so they actually improved by playing hundreds of games.

I’ve played for a lot of years and knows how most classes works and have looked on a lot of youtube etc over the years.

Yet I’ve been stuck at far lower rating than I expected.

I also play mm hunter and it’s kinda hard since I die easy when I position myself bad or get penalized for around half a minute when I miss a trap.

Since I play range I have a good overview over the game except when I get trained then it’s harder to focus on everything that’s going on.

Have been a lot of games where my teammates randomly dies or does stupid moves but that’s kinda what to expect of randoms at my rating.

Yesterday I recorded myself over 2 shuffle games and realized how many things I could have done better myself.

My point is that is that yes you can always expect teammates in shuffle do stupid things and lose you some games but I also think many overestimate themself because how easy it is to see when everyone else does mistakes.

because people aren’t high enough, there are newbies and guaranteed 3:3 at low rating
20-25min queue, then there is a newbie dd with no impact whatsoever or a newbie healer (rare event but real) who can’t keep team alive through initial burst or kite and it’s 3:3

New born babyes running around with scissors and with a helmet on

Everytime I get tilt at something absurd I see in ss at first im mad but then I realise that they are likely just some 12y kids or some people after a 14h workshift just trying to chill a hour on their toaster with a windows 98 playing wow and just pressing and doing random things

Once realise that its pretty much whatever and continue day

The wintrading is another topic for which blizz left door open by not putting deserter for not accepting ones invitation so they can keep fishing match to trade

There is a way of countering it by not accepting ones invitation instantly but on the last bits tho, it makes their syncing hard enough that they go next

People at low ratings do random things be it wintraders or other reasons, best one can do rly is peel for the one you think is going 0/6 and maybe u make him 1/6 and by doing that urself gain 5/6 and u climb fast as dps

Problem I saw among dps players on low that they dont react to any cc they play in their own bubble unaware of anything of their surroundings and they also never peel for anyone so there is alot fast deaths that could been prevented easily with a single press of button of something

Then I come back to think about the 12y kid on pc or 14h factory worker just chilling hour of random game on his toaster and I cannot be mad at these people its whatever

you can play like a gladiator rank 1…if ur teammates are bad…u wont get any rating…if the healer is bad…same thing. Solo suffle dosent reward personal gameplay…even if you que SOLO…you still earn rating based on other ppl failure or succes. Thats why gladiator ppl are already at 2.5k cr and having chill games…and the rest of ppl who play pvp casually or learning to be better are hard stuck at 1600… i have a colection of ss of ppl that had 4-0 5-0 and gained 0 rating… bcs you know “mMm LoWeR ThAn YoUr cR” which is total crap …

A r1 dps either goes in at the start of the game and forces enemies attention on himself because he knows that even if there is another teammate who is less squishy, the chances of himself trading defensives properly/kiting better and surviving are higher or he will dismantle the enemies offense, depending on what class he plays into what match-up. That way he will buy him and his teammates more time to end the game. If the enemies don’t focus on him, he’s free to do w.e he wants and he will carry the game on the first opportunity he sees.

A r1 healer will be playing cleaner and far superior compared to a low exp healer and he will keep his teammates going for a much much longer period of time, on average. Sure, he can’t carry every game because sometimes he will be unlucky and no matter how much time he buys his dps, they might just be too bad to finish the game at any point, but in general he will have a higher success rate, than someone who can’t keep the games going for as long as he can.

R1 players don’t have 100% w/l, but they have far higher w/l than the average player, due to their personal gameplay, that influences the outcome of games heavily.

I’ve seen people go 1-5 and getting rating because they were coming off of a winstreak. I can guarantee you, every single one of these ppl had low MMR because they came off of a loosing streak.

Stop the :billed_cap:

if you are good enough you will win more rounds then you lose longterm. Obviously you cant win every round but longterm you will climb. Good players being at the top ladder and my personal experience climbing on alts recently shows that.

And yes people that play casual or learn the game are “hardstuck 1600” whats the problem with that? Worse players are at lower ratings. Thats how the system works and thats totally fine.

This what OP writed goes for DPS but not for healer… healers fell in diferent mathematic

I played 3500 rounds, droped cca 10x times from 2000+ to 1300 in one go…
As healer its all about to get lucky win streak otherwise your ratting will stagnate or get hurted.

Mathematic for healer is hard because:
-90% of your games end for 3:3 for 0 points and 20 mins of your time
-If you lose 2/4 = -50 its harsh punishment
-If you win 4/6 = +20
-Sometimes you gonna lose 6/6 if you encounter win trader team, they litelary decimate your ratting because its hard to recover after 6 loses game because future wins carry consequences of that 6 loses.
-Also if you are not priest you wont have happy time because you gonna play 90% of your matches vs priests which are rediculusly overbuffed

Now calculate all this in the formula and tell how to climb, besides geting lucky win streak and pray that wintraders not halt your progress.

If someone not belive, go rerol some healer except priest, play 1000 rounds return there so we can talk…any other adivse is just empty words, this what I writed was tested.

Try disc mate they can “heal” by focusing dps something while have 2x 40% walls on their arsenal to hand out to some boy or girl

Two of their spells even do double what same spells on sp do

imagine playing 3500 rounds being 1630 cr and still thinking its all about rng. Thats some peak delusional mate.

i played rshaman to 2350 in 350 which is propaply the most frustrating healer to play overall and im no healer main and play pretty mediocre on rshaman so ye its possible to climb as healer if you are good enough.

no my ratting is from 2100 to 1300.,…for example yesterday at 21:00 i was 2060, at 00:00 i was 1590, now im 1800 ish, in next 2 hours i coud be 2100+ or 1200ish it become all normal… if you not belive go test yourself.

Played is keyword there … as time passes more wintraders enter in solo Q ready to get you to 6 loses, in aditional you played, which means in that time at last you didnt meet overbuffed priests at 90% of your games with 2x pain supressions…go play now and share the experience, i belive in you champion, may the earthmother guide you to Legend title
