Tsk tsk, you can’t read. The post doesn’t say not to loose rating, it says loose/gain rating based on performance.
If i get it i get it, if i don’t it doesn’t really matter, game is dead.
The game already works that way rn though.
Do you want Blizzard to hire employees, evaluate every single match manually and assign points according to someone’s performance or what are you asking for?
referees would be pretty cool idea 
they would call foul play for the trades and sometimes they would have blind eye for the scores made and call it out of bounds
Ye and we would have to wait 2hrs after every match for them to evaluate our performance and assign our new rating/MMR in order for us to be able to que next round.
almost as good as the idea i saw to timegate ranks on weeklys
i really doubt this is a thing but then they were boosted to 2.6
first of all the enemy healer also has to deal with same guys and second everyone has bad and lucky lobbies happening but over 100games it evens out and the player itself is the only constant

I find that generally the tiergap between healer specs is bigger than dps specs
It’s hard tho sometimes the game decides your spec will be trash for so long you have to reroll until someone remembers to add your spec to the patch notes, if you want to enjoy the game.

Bottom line is that if you are stuck to a rating then this is where you belong.
Either you improve your gameplay and go higher or blame others and stay in that mmr forever

I hope Solo Shuffle does not become the precedence of PvP, they somehow killed what was a great design in SL.
why would you gain rating when loosing more games than you win? Top ratings would be 5k by now
