So the absolutely simple idea, would be to give us solo shuffle in randoms, not just in blitz cos blitz is crap at best. Solo shuffle for randoms then2’s 3’ 4’s and however many they like can go pretend to be pro and those of us playing solo won’t have to care.
Really, cos they’re trying it out with Blitz, so they clearly recognise there’s a problem and if they can add it to blitz they can just as easily add it to randoms and people can then choose if they wanna face off against a large group of gimps or not.
The waiting time for random BGs is currently around 10 mins on a weekend. imagine how bad it will be if they split the queues into solo and other.
Come on dude, you know well what I mean and you know my stance on queue syncing.
I’m not interested in queue times, I’m interested in quality and fun of games. I have most of my time wasted already by having to join already lost games, games where people leave at the first battle lost, games that are wasted cos it’s premades so if a slightly longer queue helps resolve those issues then I’m 100% in favour.

I can think of about 5 ways to deter premaders from trying to sync, and most of them have already been suggested.
Hopefully since Classic devs acknowledge it’s a horrible experience, maybe it’ll soon bleed into retail.
All we can do is keep bringing it to their attention.

As an example of this, I’ve just waited 8 minutes in the queue for an EBG, AV pops and I enter, get up the tunnel and realise I’m now part of an Alfredo premade. So I leave, there’s a 15 minute debuff and probably another 8 minutes in the queue and guess what? I’ll probably end up in the same premade cos they will be just be spamming one after the other. So yeah, I’ll take a longer queue any day over having to play either with, or against these muppets.

It’s just sad because EBGs was where the real fun was at. I remember in WotLK and Cata they would have Call to Arms weekends for like AV and I would do nothing but spam AV all weekend long and have a blast while doing it. Sadly queue sync premades have long since ruined that experience.

Daily reminder that premade random battleground players are bottom of the barrel garbage tier and people that queue in their levelling gear are sub room temp IQ.

Totally agree. Pre-made with more than 3 party members, should be forced into Rated BGs (by that I don’t mean Blitz).
Random BGs should be a casual game mode 100%. It’s for people who wanna PvP, outside of the “try-hard” community.
Personally I only play BG Blitz since it came out, precisely because it doesn’t allow pre-mades, and gives conquest.
bro like just learn to win solo vs premades or just join blitz how hard is it? most premades isnt even that good or taking the game seriously its just friends playing together.

We shouldn’t have to, that is the entire point. We do not want to play with or against these people, if the premade players actually had a set of minerals and backbone between them, then they would be calling for premade v premade options Yet here we are, with premades trying to defend their style of play because we ALL know the true reasons they don’t want that, doesn’t matter how many times or how many ways you try to lie about it.
then play blitz, you have no argument since you want “no premades” well guess what blitz has no premades.
There is already a solution in place just use it.
if premades in “random battlegrounds” is a problem refer to above.
people like us who premade a fair bit or solo alot are mostly put in premade games im placed vs fistus’s groups alot as an example.

It’s not something we should have to do. There’s a 5 man restriction put in place, and people are bypassing it by syncing queues. So instead of fixing that, you want people to just deal with it.
if you want no premades → go to blitz
if you can accept premades → ebgs/random bgs
currently there is no problem and queue syncing ie 10 people in random bgs is very rare i almost never see it and i do alot of bgs.

I am well aware how premades are formed, and that has absolutely nothing to do with my suggestion. You took one sentence out of context, and saw an opportunity to be condescending and toxic.
There is absolutely no downside for us “non Russian premades people” in that suggestion. There only exists ONE reason for thinking it’s stupid, which is if YOU are one of those Russians who enjoy creating premades.
