Did they mess up an update on BNET cos the game version changed and the Whole of Bnet services and games were down and updated shortly after, not just Hardcore. But as usual we are the ones most affected by those issues…

It wasn’t just a massive crash of the hardcore realms — it was a total outage of Blizzard’s services, where you couldn’t log in or enjoy any of them. But of course, the ones most affected by all this are the Hardcore players and the people who enjoy that mode the most.

Thankfully I barely lived and can confirm that many died and this type of outage is consistent with those that were previously rolled back.

Sorry to thos that lost characters, looks like a load of updates went through, sucks that this was so poorly controlled.

Also happened to me and my brother. 57 Bonerhaver on Soulseeker.
Dead after 7 days play time from Blizzard Outtage.

Mine also died lvl 60 mage Pongen. Dinged 60 5 days ago with nearly 8 days ingame

Died as well, lvl 60 mage due to the crash 17 days played down the drain

Guys, serious talk, if your name aint Tyler1 Blizzard wont give a damn. Always remember Blizzard hates its customers! 
I do think they will recover, normally when you die in hardcore you get an email, a picture of ur character and some writing (dont remember what) but this time i didnt get email from blizz so i think they will do something. just hoping to get some answers soon.
