Several of us responded to the disconnection issues in the 07/28 thread, but as of now, Blizzard still hasn’t reacted.
To improve visibility, I’m creating this new thread specifically about the massive disconnections that occurred on 07/30 at 11:21 PM CEST.
At that time, there were once again widespread disconnections on the HC SoulSeeker server, leading to numerous deaths (including my level 60 Mage, “Freozine”.
I submitted a ticket right after the incident, but it appears it was never acknowledged or processed.
Multiple players have raised the issue on the forums, but so far there’s been no communication from Blizzard, and no visible action taken to investigate or resolve the problem.
Do you plan to take any action, or offer a solution to address the consequences of what happened?
At the very least, the affected players deserve an explanation.
A full night has now passed, and still no response.
If you’re affected and happen to read this, please don’t hesitate to speak up ; I know many are tired, disappointed, and have simply given up on the situation, so I don’t expect a flood of reactions at this point.
I’ve also heard from players who lost level 60 characters last night but are unable to post here, as they have no non-HC characters and the forums require at least one level 10 character outside of Hardcore to participate.
Let your voice be heard. The more of us speak up, the harder we are to ignore.
