and yet after like 3 days still nothing changed…
this is stupid ! i have to wait for +3hrs every night to play…
others have multiple lvl 60 chars now and i dont even have 1 yet…

No idea how it works now, but during classic launch there were ques too, and they made some “protection” so if u DCed u had like 5 minute " que imunity"
So if say, there is 100 people in que, one drops it goes to 99 but if that one was DCed and logs back it goes back to 100 cuz that one skiped que…
But again, no idea if this works too now

At this point, I want a free transfer too.
Stop letting people make characters on realms if said realm cannot handle it.
Their must be statistic data that lets you see what is a manageable number. Their must be someone working out how many players make a comeback for new releases. Its no secret Draenor is the biggest realm, surely there’s a way to accommodate all its players.
I can cope with maybe like a ten minute queue, but so far its been an hour, with still an estimated 182 minutes to go. Glad I had the day off so I got my game time in earlier in the day but come on, this is just bad customer service at this rate.

@Mojik: Actually, while outside sources are naturally not 100% reliable, a quick math suggests (based on WRP and other statistics) that the listed realms account for slightly above 23% of EU total. Problems occur, because they only correspond to LESS than 14% of the available maximum space. The numbers are somewhat rough, because I rounded certain things slightly to increase calculation speed, but they should be in the generally correct ballpark.
Additional clarity edit: And concerning those specific realms… It is obviously very much impossible to cram around 214 000+ people into a space reserved for only about 66 000.

on first night i waited 6 hours, to play 10 mins only, yesterday 3 hours waiting, but could play 3 hours atleast. Truly terrible. Wasting lots of daily activites 
I get off from work at 6 pm officialy. im leaving the office atr5:20 so i get hoem at 6!!! and u know how many people i have in queue at this hour?? I have average btw 3k-4k queued people and 3-4h time to enter with constant dc from queue that at least saves the place im holding…
Fix the issue dont give excusses…
U said in a interview and u officialy declared the SL the most saled expansion EVER!!! Soo HOW THE F*** CAN U NOT BE PREPARE FOR THIS S***?? Like this happend in leggion and even BFA that wasnt such a big release comapre to legion ffs…

Hope 50% of the players ask for a refund soo that u start planning ur releases like a proper AAA company and not a indie one.
You are right, but it was 1 ,max 2 days. This expansion takes a record.
It happened again on Draenor EU like it happened on BFA openning. If your servers cant handle then give us free realm change. You cant take the time back, its been like 4 days I still have to level my alt char to be able to play…

Seems This Is the common and logical choice as many would move and solve the issues for blizzard
In order to play wow they expect you dont have a life and are able to login at 7 in the morning. I already asked for a refund of shadowlands and my subscription. So i can buy myself a proper game instead of this pathetic showing they do here at blizzard!

Blizzard, I have already submitted my official complaint to you and I require compensation for this horrible service.
A free character transfer so we can move our characters away from Kazzak is the least we deserve.
As a customer that does not receive the service he is paying for, I require compensation the soonest possible: FREE CHARACTER TRANSFER

If you refuse giving us back some game time at least have the decency giving kazzak players and some others some of the in game currency such as souls/renown since the game came out i manage to play only 1 hour!
