LGBTQ+ and sexuality(as in do you like a person/gender, not sex itself) has nothing to do with being adult themes. Sexuality and Sex/adult stuff are two seperate things.

All 12 years old are think about your politics. They are below the age of consent. Thus the game cant have adult sexual theses.
You cant RP a couple in WoW because you dont know the age of the other person. A court can see it as grooming becaue the game contains minors. They are a protected group under the law. Thus Blizzard and adults playing games that have minors must accept that adult themes are off limits. A relationship straight or otherwise is off limits for RP. Dating a minor, if it is just RP or not is danagous legally. Thus dating or RP dating with someone is misguided in WoW.

What about when you do know the age of the other person? Like you are acting on the assumption that two randomers are meeting up and getting into a relationship (which I agree can be questionable) but what about people that are friends and want to tell a specific RP story?

NPC can be adults. You cant RP two players having a sexual relationship in a game were there are 12 year olds.
