Relations =/= sexual.
LGBT+ =/= sexual and is spoke of in-game.

RP relationships in a kids game is inviting immoral outcomes.
Relationships are already featured in the lore & with characters. Players remaining on that same level doesn’t create anything immoral.
No one gives a crap about the lore. Stay within the law. Don’t RP relationships with players that could be too young. That the last time I am saying this. Its on you if you screw up.
I belive you’ll want to look at the Sims franchise and its PEGI12 rating.

Do you think Blizzard would incorporate relationships into a PEGI 12 game if it was illegal to expose 12-17 year olds to such things?
If Blizzard incorporates relationships, then it is perfectly acceptable for two consenting adults to have their characters in a relationship (so long as the content of the RP falls within Blizzard’s ToS).
No one cares if someone is gay or trans. In WoW we see a elf, human or orc. Only you see gay, trans or bi. No one tells someone their sexual orientation. No one cares. You are accepted as a player. RPing relationships is a different story, with its own concerns.
