From the way the “developer update” was worded, and the smugy nature of how everything was written, I believe they really did something big.

Didnt you watch blizzcon? They already said, there will be class changes. They even show some examples. Not much, but some.

Adding " resources " to a class is not just class changes.
it’s a class rework, and they said in "some cases "
I’m thinking arcane mage, subtlety rogue and maybe disc priest?
I wont even consider it a new expansion without major class changes, its like swapping your wife and getting away with it, heck yeah !
