Not an M+ player but I enjoy a good dungeon. Found the mechanics in many of them annoying and Iāve gladly pretty much forgotten SL dungeons in general by now.
I will always remember the zone for the insane lag on launch. The zone was too packed and annoying pre-flying too, but that wasnāt just that zoneās issue in particular, iirc people praised how mobs were spaced out in Zereth Mortis when they released that zone.
On a personal note, this was not how Iād imagine the shadowlands of WoW to be like, the fairy land felt the most off when I finally reached that zone on my first playthrough. I did like to play through the campaign for the first time though, I remember saying it felt a lot like a singleplayer game experience in terms of presentation.
Also, the community burnt out after BFAās borrowed power got more of it.
They want our money tho so its not like we have 0 weight.
And I would agree with you 100% if it was a Metzen dictatorship, but its a democracy.
Thats like having multiple head cheffs in a kitchen, doesnāt work in story telling. Multilple heads are there to share the load and bounce ideas off of while there is the one vision, often held by the one guy, not divide narrative decision making as it is implied to now.

Criticizing the story on the other hand, sure go for it, I do it all the time. And yes you are a customer, its your money as well that keeps this ship afloat, if you dont like it stop giving them money. Thats what Iām doing, not for story reasons, but the sentiment is the same. If you feel like Blizzards āvisionā is not correct and you are not having fun, then quit or take a break. Its their game, their story, but its your money, and no amount of forum post are lauder than a hole on their pocket.

When it comes to low sub numbers, Blizzard will bring him back. Midnight is already predicted to be the lowest performing expansion of all time. So expect him to return in 12.1.
Like every expansion before it time will tell how all players liked it.
I have to play it myself before i can say do i like it or not but look good so far what i have seen some streamers doing beta.
A lot of my WoW contacts have said they dont intend to play Midnight (for clarification I am part of 4 communities which plan to close up soon due to people quiting). Now I know this is anecdotal and I cannot predict how it will play out, but on my side things are lookimg pretty grim.
Isnāt that true for like Every expansion since Legion or even before that? Like didnāt people say the same about DF and TWW (were partially right in SL) and so on? And yet TWW may have held freakin 9m subs and classic doesnāt exactly make for large portion of those

Hmmm well then they not gonna play it. What it matters to me If i like it and im happy playing wow? Like im not ever played wow or any game that i like play thinking same how many others play or how many subs this game right now have. I just have good time playing and If somepoint not have anymore i just stop playing it no matter even there would be 100million players playing.
