Also real talk, as much flak D3 get among certain parts of the community, and it does have it issues, Malthael in the RoS intro cinematic is geniuenly terrifying and a perfect embodiment of Death as a concept.

Looks like a Combination of Aman’thal with Bwomsamdi and he took fashion-advice from the Lich-King, but filtered out the cool parts… 
I like the look of the Jailer. He looks ancient. Also I thought his shadowed appearance looked somewhat familiar. His crown and hair reminded me of Leoric from Diablo 3 and Heroes of the Storm.

The Jailer is Malthael.
Heard it here first folks!
The Jailer is defeated, and the champion pulls aside his mask. A crack of lightning fills the sky and a rumble of thunder echoes all around as the twisted face beneath is revealed.
He was instantly recognisable, despite the corruption, and the champion fell to their knees in horror. It was him all along.
Ion Hazzikostas. The jailer of subscribers, the great timegater. How could we not have seen it earlier?

Unclemito then appears, looking at the jailer’s chains.
“There must always be a Jailer.”
He then attaches the chains to himself, becoming the new Jailer.
Dick move to leak the image whoever did it from Blizz but… eh. Could be worse, could be better in design.

It’s pretty much part of the industry to leak details of the games wether it’s systems or lore.
Other than that as reflected above… Another Space Santa old man. It’s as of villains can’t be young anymore (except first of the name Vancleef).

Blizzard could just not let multiple people tour their HQ with their phones out, I suppose.
Blizzard are terrible when it comes to leaks and always have been.
I think the Jailer looks pretty dope.
It’s a bit of concept art so it might not even be the finished design, could have changed since then.

Aye, the skin in the cinematic looks more gray than turqoise, but that could very well just be grayscaled.
Because there’s not meant to be leaks! Apparently the guy leaked the image of the jailer 'cause he was pissy or something so that’s a dick move.
Pyromancer is a bit of a meme but he’s not the leaker. He’s just drawn more attention to them.
There will always be leaks, how can you not have learned this by now?
