Another month, still the same issue. Collating other forum threads with this issue:
Just told to report as a bug but with no timeline given as devs hiding behind CS who say they can’t see what is being worked on makes it all the more frustrating for the player who is left in the dark.
I wonder what’s expected of the player? Sub for longer and regrind all the rep again to get the rewards you’ve already earnt? Ignore it, lose your rewards and continue the journey in other content, but have the thought in the back of the mind that this could happen again with other expansions reputation so is it worth it anyway? Speak to a customer service team who range from not understanding or ignoring the issue to close the ticket, or that actually have empathy but can’t help anyway?
Exaggeration? Maybe. But it’s easy to see why a customer could lose trust.
