Shadowlands Reputations Wiped

I’ve just come back from a break, my last expansion played was Shadowlands but on my return all of my reputations have been wiped for that expac. I can’t see any acknowledgment anywhere about this, I used to be able to speak to a GM in game but it seems the customer support has changed massively since I last played. I get redirected to report a bug for this issue which is nothing to sort this! Any help?

Shadowlands Reputation reset

Since the last patch, all reputations with the Shadowlands factions that got converted to warbound have been reset to neutral or are missing entirely. The reputations that remained character-specific are still at the right amount. The achievements for exalted are all still present.
