it was shadowstrike + active coldblood + active shadowblades + shadowy duel (guess it didnt matter) = 46k dmg = oneshot out of stealth?

There is nothing in arms arsenal that can hit even half that dmg
And if you are talking about overall lvl, it’s a moot point, after all, if you can 1 shot someone, you don’t need anything else, you don’t need defensives, you don’t need sustain dmg, you don’t need even much utility.
And we can’t say rogues don’t have those either (except the sustained), right? Actually, they have a lot of them, that’s why they shouldn’t have that kind of dmg, give it to them and they become not S but hyper tier.

The Rotten legendary 50% (30% pre buff) for the next Shadow Strike.
Shadow Blades 30%.
Vanish to Shadow Strike from Stealth for 25%.
15% Dark Archangel.
15% Dark Shadows (1 Dance).
Use all def CDs the moment he vanishes with ShB up. He will Cheap Shot you and then Vanish to Shadow Strike. Its a real all in with nothing left after.
Fear the day Rogue can use 2 Legendaries. Than Rogue will be as good as Arms now with 1 and unbearable.

“its all in” … another cliche stupid excuse…rogue cooldowns arent Surrender to madness cd (If he doesnt kill the target…he die)…its not like he cannot run around in stealth without any chance to catch him or get him out of stealth before his cds are back up…

I got hit by a 22k Mortal Strike just yesterday. And there is a conduit that has a chance to proc an extra one, so, this statement is false.
I spent an hour watching his stream tonight, that is just a big lie. If anything the warrior they faced so much was tanking so well in stuns that on goes the Mage was stopped the Rogue only took 40% of his health bar with CDs up.
So no, he isn’t soloing people at 3k3 through everything.

All they did was EXPLAIN how it works, just as OP ASKED. No one is defending that crap build, the 10x stacks Dagger in the Dark build is utterly stupid stupid no competent Rogue is defending this BS. If anything that’s precisely the kind of thing that needs to be removed from the game just so that we can get buffed on sustained without also having broken oneshots.
