Where are we supposed to report bugs?

This is not a bug, Zyretha, and this has been confirmed internally before I posted my response in the thread in question. If you believe nonetheless that it is, you can report a bug in-game. It does the exact same thing as making a post on the US forums, in the Bug Report section. US players can also report a bug in-game. At this point, using any line available to make sure you make it clear this Is a bug, is wise. Because the internal response to this is wrong.
