Shields not showing on char

Been an issue for atleast 2 patches now, what’s going on?

My prot warriors shield goes vanish, as fury its 2nd sword doesn’t show, my resto shamans shield never shows… It’s Rank 14 PVP Tmog I want to see my shield…

Fix the game, you’re not small indie devs.
