What a shockadin PvP in cloth?! you wear full judgement or PvP gear which is all plate your PvP scenarios don’t make sense
If a warrior hamstrings you u freedom and keep within his charge dead zone the kick is a short lockdown you can easy heal to top yourself even with ms up while you easily do 200 -300 whites with 1h and sheild and add 60-70 on rightousness per hit and add damage from retro aura you will whittle down the health soon as it’s about 40-60% you divine favour/ holy shock/ hammer of wrath I have never lost to a warrior 1v1 even with recklessness you also have two bubbles if you do manage to get out near execute range.
Rogues if they stun lock you and try to kill you they will die they don’t do much damage on plate and you have bubble and stun the only way they can win is by gouge blind restealthing and kiting away from you to restealth but the fight takes at least 20 mins till u go oom.
Hunters simply don’t do enough damage and if they aim shot you catch them you can easily outheal the damage and you can dispel the viperstings the problem is if they are good at kiting with trap you just chase them forever or until u catch them which then u win.
As for mages alot of their spells are hard cast so ofc you can catch them after blink. frost mages burst is healable outside arcane power and fire mages are squishy with no ice barrier you almost half their health with a holyshock crit. The problem with mages is if they catch your heal on a full Counter spell your are dead without health potions and if fire impact stun can give the mage the win if no bubble is available their damage is high so you really need to be geared to deal with them sheep can reset this fight often as well which is annoying.
As for shaman you can dispel frost shock it’s a non issue earth shock is annoying but if you heal early it is minimal chain lighting is weak on enhancement spec no spell power windfury can be deadly but it has to proc mutliple times to 100-0 you.
A Paladin can wear full plate gear with a shield (getting 60% physical dmg reduction) and still stack a lot of spellpower. T2 or T2.5 give enough spell dmg. You can even combine setbonus from pvp set with T2 setbonus for even more spelldmg. I don’t see a reason to wear cloth.
With the lvl42 epic flury axe the white hits are around 60-90 (depending on the armor) while righteousness rank 3 deals 100 dmg per hit (with ca 350 spelldmg and judgement of crusader on the target). That comes with a super fast attack speed and the chance of an extra attack and one could also use hand of justice. So against heavy armored classes the dps is very good, it’s just raining numbers ^^
What weapon enchant would you prefer?
I went for lifestealing because that one procs so often with a fast weapon.
On ancient hakkari mansalyer one could think about the 30spelldmg enchant?
i have lifestealing on my hakkari manslayer, i do feel like its not such a good choice tho because it doesnt seem to affect the proc chance of the lifesteal, like fiery wep does.
ill try the icy wep ench on it maybe, i feel like it could be more useful like that
edit: i use 3 weps, mageblade with 30 sp, hakkari manslayer with lifestealing, and flamewraith for juking melees into suiciding from their autoattacks, while i have the spellpower 2h mace from aq too but ive never used it
I mostly use Lok’amir il Romathis with + healing because ur mostly healing as a shockadin but I do have flurry axe for aoe with fiery blaze which I mostly use pve and I have Hand of Edward the odd with lifestealing for the rank 3 damage with instant full heal procs. Last weapon I use sometimes is ironfoe with crusader but that’s more fun with a holy reckoning build tho
I also have a weapon for slowing mug o hurt with icy enchant but I find it doesn’t proc enough but when it does even druids can’t escape
