There’s one part of me that wants to get Questie so that I can level faster and quicker. But there is another part that wants the full classic levelling experiencing. What should I do?

Totally up to you. You can disable certain parts to get a better experience, I just use it to show me where available quests are, but not anything more than that.
Without it you will definitely be googling certain locations though 
Have you done vanilla on private servers etc? Then yes, because you’re not missing out on anything.
Is it your first time? Play without it, if you want it later then atleast you know for sure you want it. You’ll be on the curse website, bending over and saying… I’ll stop.
Are you a brainlet who doesn’t want to read quest text? If the answer is yes Questie is for you.
Personally I think that knowing why you’re collecting those 20 bear asses makes the game more interesting.

If you have the willpower to use only use it that way go ahead. But the temptation to go full Questiedrone will always be there.
I played vanilla since day two(first night website crashed would not let me sign up) and I and many others thought the questing was tedious searching etc.
Alot of people just used thottbot to know where to go, then the addon came out anyway. It’s not like using an addon or googling/youtubing the quest makes you less of a vanilla gamer or gives you a worse experience. People play the game for different reasons, and if your reason is end game pvp/raiding then questie is fine.
It’s up to you. I decide not to because I enjoy taking my time and figuring it out via quest texts, reading quest texts and so forth. Bet there’s people who do.
If you want to level fast and partake in world first, by all means install it. If you don’t care about leveling speed, then don’t.

You do you - to quote a horribly, over-extended phrase I prefer to remember than have something show me - but if you need help in the showing department then okay
I haven’t got Questie as I want to read a bit more and learn a bit more about the Lore of warcraft. If you goal is just to level fast you should get it. If you don’t mind a little bit more reading and needing to ask a question then don’t.
If you able to do like 7 quests of 10 without Questie or ClassicCodex I’d suggest not to use it and just use wowhead when it needed.
