Originally obtained by Defeating Garrosh Hellscream on 25-Player Normal difficulty or higher is now datamined and set to be coming in either a promotional event or the trading post.

I dont own the mount but i think this is a step to far.
They’re just pixels on the screen, sure at the time it showed people played well enough to get it, but it’s old content now, and why shouldn’t others be able to get them further on down the line, end of the day the mounts don’t matter except for the false feelings of l33tness that people who have them have given themselves.
I don’t understand why it has to be this exact mount. Why don’t Blizzard just ever so slightly change it. They could change something really small like it’s eye colour, or a different style of saddle. Or even just very slightly change it’s base colour.

Newer players will be happy they got a cool looking mount which looks almost identical to an unobtainable one.
Boomers will be happy as their precious exclusivity is preserved as the new one is now a lighter shade of grey. They will not need to tell their wives that their Kor’kron War Wolf is no longer exclusive.
Agreed, that would be logical. People are just very caught up on the fact that it currently has a datamined tender cost. But realistically, we have no idea.
I don’t own the mount (didn’t start playing before late Legion), and I probably won’t buy it from trading post (atleast if the cost is 8k). I just don’t like it much.
Personally wont be getting this mount as it looks like trash, but the sadist in me just loves seeing these fomo mounts get gifted to new players for pretty much free.
