I killed 50 Dust Stormer elementals in Silithus and there was no drop at all.
No greys, no essences, no elemental air, nothing.
Relogged 2 times, no change.
Is this some kind of bug or 0 from 50 is a usual drop ratio?

Droprates are low, but you’re very unlucky not to get one single item from 50. I don’t know if it’s a bug. Try again tomorrow, If you still get no drops it is a bug.
Air eles there are not suppose to drop greys… and rest are just rng, you might go with tens of them without a drop, or you might find greens, essences, elementals from dozen in a row.
I did around 20, maybe 25 earlier today and only 1 green ring droped, nothing else, no white, gray or blues.
I think they are not suppose to drop grays but should drop whites
Dust Stormers are supposed to drop essence of air and elemental air and breath of wind + a list of greens long as my arm. No greys. Either you’re very unlucky or they are indeed bugged.
As only level 35, I do not feel up to verufying you experience for some time yet 
I hope somebody else can and will.
I’ve tried again today, 30 kill 1 Elemental Air… so they at least drop something, but the droprate is soo low it’s not worth the effort.
