Well i have dif experince ever since m+ introduced. Also u can/could buy a few carries and can have high rio even before this.
I get that, but my argument is: That âoptionâ will become âthe new metaâ and required for people to join any level of key. Thatâs historically how these sorts of options have gone in WoW.
So thatâs why I said that weâd be better off if Blizzard just disables the OBR completely in M+ and raiding beyond LFR. Then at least itâs all clear to everyone how it works. Weâd end up in essentially the same situation with âthe optionâ anyway, and at least now we wonât have as many disgruntled players complaining that âI didnât get into the group because I wanted to use the OBRâ.

I personally dont agree with this statement.
The meta is usually most affected when it comes to higher rating in m+, its not nearly as impactful in the lower keys even if meta specs tends to be the meta. (Sadge)
Theres plenty groups of âhelping a friendâ etc ive joined where that friend do tank dps but I generally dont mind since its just a 10. The only real time I do get more serious with how the group performs, is when it comes to pushing. Quite sure alot of ppl are like me in that regard. But I can be wrong.
Im not saying what you describe cant happen, but the chances of it is not 100% and its not 0%.
The biggest problem with this, is that you make it harder for the people, in my mind, its really built for and this would hardlock them out more from doing m+ up to around 10 and normal/hero with guilds.
Disable it for 11+ keys and mythic raiding and I would agree with you.
The thing is, and we all know it, people will always complain regardless what blizz do. If 20 things are positive and 1 is negative they will hone down on the negative and say the game is trash.

use the same addons and do the same key levels as the guys doing the top keys (who use the same addons that âtell them what to doâ).

I have had a months break after my 15s due to people like you. I havenât personally struggled at all. The gap will close come reset and iâll do 18/19 this season i think. You will still be a 3k andy speaking on things he has no clue about

Surprised there isnât an addon that does quick sims to show the kind of dps a personâs equipment and spec should be doing, so these people can blacklist them if theyâre 1% off the mark.

Retail wow has no progression, all progress can be bought with money via tokens. It is extremely pay2win, so the hunter prolly bought some boosts and went to have fun with his 1 button.
For a +10 the 1 button rotation is not the issue, your skill is.
