Wow would be better as a single player experience, I don’t want to see other players.

I know one server, it’s called “Chromie”. this is what you need. Just you and NPCs

Just create a character on one of the empty realms: that is truly single player.
HC is practically single player if you never do any dungeons.
Turn off all chat, delude yourself into thinking that other players are NPCs and voilà !
