I only use this feature, and no I strictly do not need to.
But it is soo good for a chilled out player like me with delve tier 11 as my end game.
There is one thing that bugs me hard on all my 13 classes I play and that is when
the mob I am killing to skinn, SBA will use Bladestorm when its health is at 5% to finish it off.
This is just one example of longer cd’s that are used accross all the classes.
My wish is for us to add and detract spells to SBA with cd’s of 30 seconds or longer.
