Skills that ignore glancing blows?

In a recent warrior-related discussion it was pointed out that heroic strike does not become a glancing blow.
Is that something that is true for other melee class skills or just for heroic strike?

Glancing blows only happen on white damage, so just auto attacks.
Skills will never be a glacing blow

Edit: I googled it to be sure.
It does happen on white damage but thats not just auto attack, from a wikia:

White damage is damage dealt from your common abilities that consume no mana, energy, or rage. This includes auto-attack, shoot, throw, auto-shot, and the like. It is so called because the value of the damage is displayed on screen in white as opposed to yellow.
A white crit would be any crit of a white-damage attack.

Only auto attacks can glance.
And always will. Damage reduction of a glancing blow of level 60 character against level 63 raid boss is 30%, i.e. your auto attack glancing blows deal 70% of normal hit damage. To reduce this number, i.e. increase the damage of a glancing blow you should increase your weapon skill. With each 5 points of a wepon skill the glancing blow damage increases by 10%, being 80% at 305, 90% at 310 and 100% at 315. Being a human with a sword/mace or an orc with an axe gives you +5 weapon skill due to racial trait. Obtaining Edgemaster’s Handguards (ultrarare 40ish level world drop mail gloves) gives you +7 skill with axes, swords and daggers. Maladath sword from Broodlord in BWL and Anubisath mace from AQ40 trash give you +4 weapon skill with swords and maces respectively.
