Torghast (and the Maw) might be the most boring experience I’ve ever had in a game in my entire life.

Well, the Maw is more or less unplayable without the mount from Torghast so you’re forced to do it.

You are not forced to do anything, and the Maw is not getting any better with a mount, trust me.

terrible and boring. i have to admit that im not a super player so i gave up after 12 floors.
But i was dyin by boredom after the 1st boss. ill go to finish the quest and after… no more)

1 layer, if that’s too much for someone it’s obviously not a game for them
Having just done it for Bolvar’s quest, I am very happy that I have 0 incentive to ever do it again. Far too long, mentally exhausting and favours the lucky. Last boss suddenly jumps difficulty and hits like a truck. Wouldn’t touch it with a barge pole on any other class. Just nope.
That’s not mandatory.

A gear that becomes obsolate sooner than you can gather enough stuff to get socet to everything you desire
If they follow the BfA route, remember what happened? You tossed out your old gear when Benthic arrived, to start the pearl-lottery and upgrade, than scraped that with the better azerite, then the N’yalotha gear/cloak/infinite naclace 
And they manged to top that with the corruption lottery, and then even that with the echos/buyable corruption and memento-soceting…
Finally cleared to 18th floor, had a meeting with a 3million hp boss…yeah…not gonna happen. I died so fast my head is still spinning.
