Logged in and created my character precisely at the launch time - no issues.
Got in game - no issues
Started questing (looked like no phasing was active) - some server issues and a DC within a few minutes
Logged back in immediately and phasing was working, gameplay and server stability was smooth as silk, was able to queat without issue…
Wow, they actually pulled it off despite a slight hiccup!
Indeed, a very smooth launch.
I am on Layer 9 currently and …is heavy but acceptable.

Feels like paid posts
Not very smooth for me, was in queue for 20 minutes despite clicking on login almost the same moment server was up. Also server lagged quite a bit first hour or two. But no big issues, worked good enough, so not the best launch ever, but acceptable.
