There is currently no essence that requires you to do a single Rated BG.
BotE (the other essence) requires 1 PVP island win - which is no big deal because the enemy team is as demotivated to do that island as yours.

The answer is simple. Because about 10 years we were able to do so. Playing pvp 90%, having lot of fun. And they changed it for reasons i have no time to explain here. They failed hard and they change it next expansion. The OP should just stop playing and waiting for SL to save his money at least. But your answer is misleading.

I’ll concede that I was playing a second Holy Paladin in comps that can be considered meta or at least not ”weird”. So I had the help of playing a class and spec that I am very competent on but no, the timeframe is not exaggerated. I didn’t time it but I know that it was done within 2 hours and I did have a break to eat dinner in that time.
Getting to 1600 rating is extremely easy, especially since you get +96 per win (assuming you have normal mmr) all the way up until 1500 rating and then you just need another 8-10 wins to get 1600.
Idk how you do that but i gain 20-25 for a win after 1200. And of course also lose points. 2v2 was 40 games, 3v3 was 71 games.

Also myself dont wanna do M+ or arenas or BG’s to get what i need to raid but i did/do.
Since ilvl is useless now and corruption is all that matters and corruption drops only from weekly chests, i should be weekly be capping and have a decent rating in arenas/RBG but i wont bother doing content i dislike
I don’t think its that difficult but with 430 ilvl you would have had to be carried since you’d get blown up by most people. You must have done it some time ago or got boosted as well since both of your palas have mythic level gear.
Well hmm I boosted my friend actually at 1600-1700 mmr with like 430 ilvl but that’s cos gpie exists :S

Well i`m bad at pvp as i said and also i realy don t like it and atm i have rank 2 conflict and i get one of those burgeoning stuff or what its called per week IF i cap the 500 conq each week so that means it will take me 15 weeks to get it if i do those things.And most important i need that essence for m+ i don t want to touch pvp …

Well. You either start early on, or you’re screwed till the end, unless you have friends to play with.

Because of the normalization of gear & damage in Arena it doesn’t really matter. If you are extremely undergeared as in sub 420 then you’ll of course struggle but as a healer especially it comes down to knowing how to deal with certain things.
I’m not sure how hard you can get boosted when you’re pugging but I wouldn’t say so. This was in the end of March when my 2nd and 3rd paladin got to max level.
If you gain that little rating you definitely have very low MMR. You will for sure gain +96 rating to at least 1400 rating with regular MMR.
Never played PvP before. No idea what normal is, sorry. Very possible it is low because of never played it. Sounds crazy to start with a high MMR You start at the bottom, isnt it?
You’re playing a complete game. As a dps warrior you can’t expect to be taken to any groups. This isn’t even about rio or ilvl. There’s already a tendency towards groups being melee-heavy, and people just don’t want to take a melee that might as well be a tank. As a warrior, unless you’re tanking, you have to make your own parties and you’ll be fine.
You’re not actually forced into mythics at all. If you’re a pvper and in a good guild, you can straight run ny’alotha and get all your gear from there.
I tank not because I enjoy tanking but because tanks are needed. Tbh, social games, which MMOs are required to be, tend to be like that. Your entire mentality is terribly selfish and I think this is why your experience is in a social game is suffering.

the thing is, im a pvper through and through, i dont care much for pve, i dont care for the scene of pve, i care for the arena games, the duelling and whatever, do you think i wanna be a tank in arena? no i wanna play the spec im best at in arena, but if i wanna play arena , i have to gear up via pve because the system has made it so that corruption is so overpowered that without rank 3 essences and the right corruptions , ur not gonna get far, and where do you get those ilvls ? mythic +s. how do you get them done? by increasing your RAIDER IO by playing pve,
mop had vendors and pvp gear where your gear for pvp was better than if you got pve gear and tried to go into arena the vendor was some1 you could buy the best pieces if you played enough, thats not the case here, if your not high rated you can never get the pieces, and its not even a git gud issue if your low geared your forced to do something else
