My friend is still waiting for response even though he sent ticket even before my post in previous topic, and as for other person with this problem we can’t be sure because you did close that post prematurely. Would be nice to hear from that player how it went.
The role of Customer Support is to help our players, within the rules set by the developers. We will sometimes forward issues that the player base may be facing depending on the situation, however we’re not going to tell them how to make or manage their game.
I hope you did push the mass reporting issue during the event to the right deparment and you’re not here just to close topics about it like this one
Thanks but the main point of this thread is to raise awareness about an issue linked to the hearthstone event and mass reporting. It’s not possible to describe this issue without mentioning an account penalty, so I have made sure there is no details that could help identyfying the affected person. Since thread title might have been misleading I have updated it now to “Mass reports for creating a hearthstone event group”.
