So I recently found out that you could xp tag and actually get ~70-100k xp an hour from lvl ~45ish to 60. Thought i'd share it here =)

As the topic states - I just found you can xp tag from lvl 40 ish - and boost your alts this way  Check out the video for more info.

Are you new to the game? People can get the same amount of XP by standing afk in your boost dungeon, after maraudon you go to stratholme, considering you don’t need a second account with level chars it’s also cheaper.

What if you play on a server where people dont do stratholme boosts?
What if you have two accounts? You might aswell utilize it and make gold while boosting your char instead of paying for them
This is merely for the people with two accounts or friends that want to help each other out - so they can use their time efficiently - thanks for your input.
Have a great day.

How? Considering the amount of real money you’re spending to keep two accounts active, it’d be cheaper to get the boost on a high pop server and than transfer to the server you want to.

If you have a friend who wants to help you for free sure, but this by no means a time efficient method.

I believe I just answered your questions in the above.
If you want to nag on people feel free to do it elsewhere
Have a great day.

No, it’s a public forum, I can post wherever I want. Certainly if you’re trying to plug your own channel "damnboiTV’ as a free ad.

Have a great day.

I miss the good old days where, on the whole, one human being played one character at a time on one account rather than seeking ways to effectively cheat the system. (I know Blizz don’t consider it cheating before that gets jumped on but that’s purely as the extra accounts generate revenue).

What you say in the video is wrong.
The priest does NOT gain the ENTIRE xp from the mob.

What if the tooth fairy is real?

Sooooooo… When internet wasn’t a thing :stuck_out_tongue:

How so ? I’ve tested by killing a mob solo - got the same xp

Yes he does, you are thinking that they are in a group, they are not. This is also so very well known. It’s just tagging the mob and someone else kills it.

I can assure you this doesn’t work that way at least at lower levels. I used that tactic with my warrior being power leveled by my hunter (NOT GROUPED), the warrior charges the mobs and then the hunter kills, and the warrior only got a fraction of the XP. He was getting more the more damage he was doing though.

It possibly only works because his priest is only two levels lower than his warrior then.

Was done in TBC when a mage became first lvl 70.

Nothing new.

Cabbages is bang on, so you’re incorrect when cranking to toxic levels.

Not bothering with your link as you’d clearly be wasting my time.

Have a nice day though! :joy:

Errr… what ?

Well ARPANET alone was around a long time before what we consider to be the world wide web or internet existed but they all came about long before WoW. Use of multiple accounts was a rareity in comparison with the current state of gaming and they only seem to have the purpose of enabling someone to bypass aspects of the game rather than just playing it.

Hi, that’s incorrect. i did this from lvl50 and at the start I got ~750 xp pr. approx on the priest =).
You can use this tactic from lvl +40.

fixed.

/char

Now I’m tempted to try it with a guildie. I always assumed this would work, as others said, it was done for world first max level every expansion since TBC. Athene even got world first lvl 85 in Cata in two hours play time by tagging raid tier Nagas spawning out of the sea and two full raids killing them for him.
Maybe it was nerfed in Legion, and this being legion based client…
