So this is the guy that spoke first about the scandal

Wasn’t this the person that spoke out about the Blizzard scandal as one of the first, coming forward with many stories?
He seems like a good guy. Totally not biased or racist and looking for a bone to pick over his prejudices.
Now this is a journalist who you can trust.

 I don’t think people seem to quite realise that “equality” comes in its own form by being able to welcome fans of all backgrounds, never mind whos developing it >-<. You can’t control who or what a new studio consists of when it comes to background and more importantly it shouldn’t matter either.

There is alot of hypocrisy in a tweet like that.

Jason Schreier has documented a lot of abuse and bad stuff in the game development world. He was the one who really put attention on the whole crunch thing and just how badly it affected the people.

I think he was also the one who brought attention to the sexual abuse going on at Ubisoft.

more race baiting garbage from a bloomberg reporter, who would have thought

If white people are so bad, why do so many want to live in our societies? Hmm, Jason? I just watched a documentary of China´s recent lunar missions - guess what - not a single non chinese person on those teams?! Go figure. Wonder how they manage such feats without “diversity” and “equity”.

Then we added a woman. It got exponentially better. Turns out different perspectives improve your product. In other words, anyone who responds with “all that matters is game quality” is getting blocked. Of course we didn’t add Maddy because she’s a woman - we added her because she’s a great podcaster, which is inextricable from her identity.

So hire on merit but only if it adds diversity, ok dude

Is this the one who withheld a few harassment stories told bt female blizz employees for year before scandal blew up so he could publish and cash on it more?
a real hero, punching up the capitalists and old norms.

A honest question:

Do you see a bright future for a country that puts this race/gender etc agenda first over competence?

What is the problem, if a studio only have whites or blacks or just men or just women if they are all competent and function as a team to deliver a good product?

The colour of the skin or the sex shouldnt matter at all.
What should mater is if you are a good human being and a good professional.

you mean that all people on that picture are WHITE men? xD
or i don’t understand what is wild ?

Somebody needs to frame that phrase, put it behind glass, store it in a museum, maybe in a Nitrogen atmosphere for long-term preservation. Our ancestors will find it hard to believe, even with the evidence still there for them.

It’s actually more about gender.

Were you too busy frothing at the mouth at the mean SJW to post coherently?

Once they start removing Name Sex and age from Job applications and interviews happen where they only get information related to the position . Only then will we have Fair and equal chances at a job. All

Oh, I agree. Age should be mentioned, the rest isn’t very relevant.

Here’s the kicker, though: chances are that nothing would’ve changed for the company in question. This is just some SJW trash who can’t handle the fact that a company hired based on merit rather than diversity. Just another idiot who we didn’t get rid of through natural selection that’s now running rampant spouting nonsense.
