Funny I’ve used player housing in various MMOs. You’re better off sticking to what you do know rather than making up complete rubbish about other people, when you clearly have no idea.
Fortunately we are getting player housing and it is being made for anyone who wants to engage with it but completely optional and cosmetic so those who dont, don’t have to.
Sorry, but when you say something like “garrison is not housing”, it just comes off as if you have never played computer games or never played wod.

Well with this housing stuff and all millions way how they can make money with it like others do in other games what have housing systems, they would be complete idiots If they would not put housing stuff decors and so on to game shop. Yes, midnight is a reskin of old zones.
Yes, housing PTR is to sell midnight, and yes, housing will be used to sell later patches and expansions.
Yes, we will buy housing a second and maybe more times, we WILL pay again.
Yes, midnight housing is a shell, it’s intentional, we might get the ability to buy back 2% of what garrison was, by paying extra later. That’s best case scenario
Worst case scenario, Blizzard abandons further housing development, but pretends not to, by periodically adding new chair skins on the store.
So when is housing coming to wow? its jam yesterday (garrison) or jam tomorrow (“let’s wait and see, it’s just the beginning of development. 6 more months and you can buy a crafting table off the store”)
But how about never - that’s a prime possibility.
Some chair skins on the shop are definitely coming. Is housing coming? Maybe not.

exactly! This midnight housing will be alive, as long as people make stuff up about it, about what it might potentially be.
When they actually play test, what it is, their expectations will crash with reality. The reality being, they can sit on the chair and stand on the chair, and that’s pretty much it.
If you can still hide from this, good for you, there are hopium pills on the YouTube and here on forum to help you:”Best housing in any MMO”, “The development has just started”,”We will be covering best player houses to inspire you” etc.
