I read that post before posting here and it doesn’t specify the time when they bring BGs up again, and I hear so many conflicting information, whether BGs are going to re-open later today or 18th of January in the morning. Yet I see nothing official about the time and hour!
Plus, that post was made yesterday. We don’t know if they will still open the BGs today. Things might’ve changed.

so that 7am PST maintenance was not for EU servers?
Im not saying that blizzard is handeling it in a good way but they didnt obscure that it will come with a server restart tomorrow

It is clear enough, otherwise they would say early this morning or later on today as both of those are clearly referring to the same day as its written and no one could mistake it for meaning the day before.
No company would say tomorrow while referring to the same calendar day
