So why don't we have matchmaking for mythic yet?

fears, stuns, mass grips, knockbacks, horrify solar beam. They have a ton of CC if actually utilised

blizzard decided when they implemented that they didnt want it to be ququable, just go and find the blue posts if you need proof.

the majority of the casual playerbase that complain about this kind of thing are only planning on doing world quests and farming old content for mogs and what not, based on plenty of opinions from all over the internet, so they dont need mythic dungeon gear for that, they can manage it perfectly easily with normal/heroic dungeon loot

as someone with keystone master for this season im the example in this situation, i have queued for heroics to get quests done and had players that are not good enough to understand simple mechanics on bosses, it makes the dungeons take a lot longer than it should do and it ruins any fun of playing the game for me…
there you go, an example and an explanation. in mythic dungeons it would just be a lot worse

It sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, unviable comps, groups that simply can’t do the content. The affixes vary, someone’s key needs to be consumed.

I’ve never heard anyone say it should be restricted to just guilds.

it shouldnt and it isnt. everyone has equally access to mythic plus. either via pugs or guild/communities. both have their advantages and drawbacks. i dont see the need for such a cumbersome system when its already working perfectly fine right now just because someone doesnt want to invest a couple of minutes to create a group and rather press a button. :woman_shrugging:

You can’t stun or fear the golaths that need interupting for one.

Ontop of that a BDK and holy paladin wouldn’t work. You’d need a higher healing output in a high key to manage to keep a BDK up currently.

Fears and stuns don’t work again ALOT of mobs in m+. You simply cannot utilise in that sorta way. Alot of monsters will require a hard interupt.

This is why in low interupt groups like the one I mentioned u would take a Shaman healer as it has a 12 sec CD interupt.

You would also lack BL which the bosses on tyrannical are balanced around existing without BL the boss fights would be so lengthy that the 3rd boss would simply spawn too many directional shots to be feasible to dodge let alone a healer to be able to cast through

The problem is the OP likely wants this as it removes the ability for players to deny their entry to their groups.

And seems to beleive a majority would simply not leave the group over those things.

I’ve never left a m+ group, yet I assure you if was to happen I’d end up leaving several a day. .

I’ve used the queue system I’ve seen people of all sorts, BM hunters that don’t use pets, people with horrific covenant choices. People with terrible talent set ups. Low specc choices.

Like on a class to class bases you can see how wrong it could go that’s without even. Considering speccs they could also be using

But the issue here is the OP would likely consider that “elitist” to say and is likely a opinon they’d rather silence.

Sadly I’ve seen quite a few posting over time about this and it’s generally over the same thing. They want to silence people’s opinions.

But you can tell this player has never experienced m+, as they seem to beleive people quitting m+ is a myth… yet commonly happens even in premade groups :rofl::rofl:
